Is it ok to feed after 5 hours in night as my 3 month old baby boy was sleeping??

A. dear mum , it is fine u shd feed baby on demand whenever babby wants n how much baby wants if passing urine 6 to 8 times in 24 hr is active n gain adequate wt dintworry
