My daughter is 1year 8 months old but still has not started speaking. Should I worry??

A. If your child understand every thing responds well and falling all the simple commands that you are giving to the child then there is no problem which is that you need to communicate more with your child still if you feel that you need to consult your doctor then you can consult an ENT specialist
