my daughter is 19 months old and has chest congestion for more than a month now. which is the best medicine to give?

Give warm tulsi ginger honey water 2-3 times in a day. Also apply babyhug rapid relief babyrub on the chest and feet of the baby.
Give indirect steam to ur baby as this will help in liquifying mucus and clear the chest congestion
