My daughter is 18 months old and her weight is 7.7 kg, birth weight was 3kg, and from last 3 and half month her weight is not increasing, also she doesn't want to eat at all,

as such no need to worry because your baby weighs enough weight.
give homemade healthy food with different taste and different texture.
it will help to encourage your child to take interest in food.
for example
instead of giving just whole fruit ,you can offer fruits in different shapes like star heart smiles etc using shape cutter
it will help to encourage your child to take interest in them
