A. To help baby gain weight, include fatty foods like rice, potato, pumpkin, banana, sweet potato, avocado, eggs, chicken, fish, ghee, milkshakes with dry fruits, cereals, legumes and 600-700 ml milk daily. Feed 3 main meals and 2-3 times healthy snacks. Keep her well hydrated with water, fresh juices, buttermilk and coconut water. Give her sound sleep of 12-13 hours a day which should include 2-3 hours of afternoon naps.
