my daughter is 16 days old she's having watery eyes along with little mucus .what should I do..?is it something to worry about?

It could be just due to irritation or dirt into the eyes of the child so nothing to be worried about these things are completely normal and common I would just advise you to once consult your doctor they will advise you with some eyedrops to clear thisWrite Your Answer Here
