Q.

My daughter is 15.5months old, she walks only when we catch hold of her hand, and she walks absolutely normally. But she's not walking on her own,I've tried calcium, I've tried walking her on the grass. but nothing seems to be working. I've spoken to my pediatrician as well, he gave some calcium. What do you suggest?

A. a baby will start Sitting with support by 6 months of age and by 7 to 8 months baby will sit without support than by 9 months usually baby crawls and in 10 months baby will stand with support. After 12 to 15 months baby will start Walking indegupendently and sometimes it may take even longer but in no case any Walker should be avoided as it can cause recurrent fall injuryg and delay in the walking because the child lacks confidence of walking independently.
