My daughter is 13 months old. she is having dandruff. how to treat it?

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Dandruff is mostly because of dead skin over the scalp which can lead to itchy skin . It could be because of some pathological conditions too. Common causes are improper shampooing malnutrition fungayl growth sensitivity to hair products sebborrhoic dermatitis . Proper care is required with medicated shampoo maintain a good hygiene and prsoper hydration . Consult a doctor for more severe condition .

AbhayaMom of a 16 yr old boy3 years agoA. Hi mom Coconut oil is best to treat dandruff. Massage your baby hair with coconut oil on the scalp. wash with any mild baby shampoo. U can buy babyhug cold pressed extra virgin coconut oil which is pure and additive free oil.
