my daughter is 13 months old, most of times her eyes are full of tears after consulting local doctor he told me with time she will be fine

A. may be any inf .Consult your family doctor or any doctor near by as no medicine should be given without examination . Treatment will be according to examination and do not take any medication by yourself .
