A. Hello dear parent! It is said to be ideal if the baby triples its birth weight by one year completion. Serve healthy foods in cute Babyhug stainless steel bowls and plates to encourage healthy eating. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy. Good luck and take care.
