my daughter is 1 yr 9 m .. and she has weight of 9kg , how can she put some weight

A. Give milk and milk products to the child and add desi ghee in meals and give nuts daily abd try to increase physical activities of the child for better absorption of food and give one banana per day sweet potato pumpkin boiled potato eggs

A. hi dear Foods like potato, pumpkin, sweet potato, dal, ghee, ragi, almonds, yogurt, eggs and milk help the baby to gain weight. Please take a pediatricians' suggestion before you start any of these foods. As always follow a 3 day test rule. you have to give continue breastfeeding
