#my daughter is 1 year she is still on feeding..how to reduce her feeding

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist3 years agoA. Hello mom you have to start with reducing or stopping one feed at a time , and now you can replace either with cows milk which is quite similar to mothers milk or you may also replace it with solids .
You can also take help of other family members if possible and keep him distracted .
Either keep him full before his feed time or else you may keep something ready.
