My daughter is 1 year old , for last 2 days she is having fever of 102 , we r giving him paracetamol 6 ml even though the fever is still coming every 5 hours, also we r giving him mox cv antibiotic 3.5 ml two times a day and maxtra drops as she is having cough , but the main problem is that the fever is still coming .please suggest

most of the time is infection will take at least three to four days time to resolve we may continue the same medicines given by the doctor and can do sponging of the baby also

keep your child well hydrated
offer luke warm water with Tulsi leaves,pinch of turmeric powder and salt.give it in 2 tbsp quantity every 2 hours.
dress your child in weather appropriate clothes
provide apt sun light at least 20 minutes a day
maintain good hygiene
