Q.

My daughter is 1 month old. She doesn't like to be swaddled. If I swaddle her, she keeps on crying until I undo the swaddle. But, if I don't swaddle her, she wakes up due to reflex. What can I do?

A. Namaste Mom While feeding you can mostly elevate the baby head a little so that the flow of the milk is easier for them and the baby is burped well after every feed
