she often does not burb even after holding for 15 to 20 minutes in different positions. Is she vomiting because she is not burbing ? also she feels very uncomfortable if she does not burb and sleep. Pease help me with a solution for the same.

during the initial few months there is a possibility of gastroesophageal reflux in small children due to which they have vomiting as well as vomiting like sensation and prokinetic medicines may be needed if found useful by the doctor and it is advisable to keep the child more in upright position

at home
offer small and frequent feeds.
don't wait till your child is extremely hungry for feeding.
keep your child head slightly elevated while feeding.
make sure your child latches properly.
give Massage to your child daily
give Massage on stomach in clock wise direction with firm hands.
move your child's legs in cycling motion
as you are nursing mother,eat easy to digest food
maintain good hygiene
