Q.
My daughter having fever of 100 from 2 days & she don't even eating anything, few days before she ate baby soap, we have already washed the same candid mouth paint. Now what should I do? please guide me, also if possible please give me some food chart, so that we can follow accordingly.

The fever is not because of your child has eaten soap it’s alright you don’t have to apply a fungal infection paint into the mouth for no reason please avoid that and for fever you should give medicine to the child and if the fever is good within three days and consult your doctor for further assistance
