A. Hello, your baby girl is 3.5 years old and her face is fair but neck is dark so don’t worry it’s due to excessive sweating and oils from her hair

A. Hello dear parent, usually dark neck is due to thyroid. I would suggest you to kindly consult with your doctor and ask for thyroid test. I can be wrong too. Because it is clarified with examination in person only. Good luck and take care.
