my daughter have constipation problem and she cry alot during stole pass and some times bleed please suggest what to do ?

Hello,

my daughter also had same problem. I stopped milk and dairy products for some time and it worked. I made sure I have high fibre rich foods such as mashed sweet potato, brown rice, brocolli etc.. I used to mix in her favourite food and give her.

Constipation is very common in babies. You should start giving papaya regularly. Papaya is very healthy for babies and it also help baby to pass stool easily.You should also start giving 1 teaspoon of honey with warm water once in a day it will help in maintaining babies digestion issues.

Specially give papaya banana oats fennel seeds water it will help in decreasing constipation and even after that the problem continues kindly meet your doctor for constipation medicine. it is important for you to know that the problem of constipation will improve with increasing age of the child. You may increase or decrease the dosage of constipation medicine if needed according to the consistency of the stool
