my Daughter has two days cold and cough and last night she has fecer 101 and breath count 38 in 1 minut my daughter 3.5 years old what should I do We are giving t minic syrup

A. it is not gud . Pediatrician should be consulted for this as it may be some underlying problem with the baby . No any medication should be given to baby with out consulting doctor and proper examination .
