mam ,you can buy special cup or glass as per your child choice which will help you to get rid of this.
or decorate the plain cup or glass with your child ,it will also help to encourage your child to drink milk from it.
give positive reward like sticker of star smiles etc whenever your child drink milk from cup or glass
