Q.

My daughter has school at 8'o clock ,daily she goes to school in empty stomach ,when I ask her to eat the Break fast ,always she feels like vomiting, and if i forcefully feed her she will puke it, please suggest me Dr. what to do?

A. So Siri what you can do is in this case with whatever time you wake your child up after one hour you give half a glass of milk and about half an hour before going to the school life by 7:30 AM that I should be done with the milk and this way your child is going to get some time like if the child has that milk in 10 minutes also it would be easier for them to digest and slowly you can increase the habit of breakfast but right now milk should be fine because what happens if some kids cannot eat immediately or within one hour after waking up and that’s very normal so stick to milk as of now
