my daughter has running nose, watery eyes fever since three days and chest congestion. can I give meftal-p 5 ml in after 6 interval with crocin 5 ml in after 4 interval and taxim-o 5 ml twice in a day.

A. Eye Redness is commonly seen because of some allergic condition , infection or any trauma which needs proper examination. if it is associateggd with some discharge it could be infection but no self medication should be used.
