Q.
My daughter has constipation problem...if we can gave her allopathic medicine then also she survived from constipation....what can I do?? Please suggest home remedies for her....

increase water intake in the form of juices, soups and plain warm water.
give prunes, plum, pears and papaya
give more fruits and vegetables.
rasin roasted in ghee also helps.
also check if anything in the current diet that is usually given is causing it.
