my daughter has cold and cough and body temperature is 99.7 is it fever?

A. When the temperature shows 99° it itself means that there is fever so when you see it is 99 or it’s crossing that that itself means it’s a fever so you should be giving medicine to the child you can give paracetamol and then you can repeat it again after six hours if needed
