my daughter had low appetite for more than a week after she had milk fever but suddenly last night she again got fever... why is that happening pls help. what can be given for fever.. her urine is also dark color

A. hi, give paracetamol syp in proper dose.. keep checking temperature timely, give plenty of fluids, clear fluids.. to avoid dehydration. Please consult your paediatrician for consultation in person. Details of clinical examination and associated symptoms are required, it's preferable to visit your doctor, for further evaluation and exact treatment or management.
