My daughter had 18 months vaccine 2 weeks ago, after the vaccination she is getting fever regularly. we went to doctor and followed everything but the fever attacking back again and she even had vomit today? Any valuable thoughts on this?

A. after the vaccination if the child is suffering from fever you can give paracetamol to the child and the fever repeat you can again repeat the doors after every 6 hours
