My daughter got viral fever, she is not at all eating food, if she feed forcefully she do vomit Can give any fruits or coconut water?

A. yes can give coconut water, Serve up her favorites food..be respectful of your baby's likes and dislikes when illness makes her appetite iffy. If your baby doesn't want to eat, period, don't force her.
