My daughter got stomach infection with diarrhea.. She stopped eating and became very weak and dehydrated.. After regular doses of Medicines, her loose motions have stopped but now she immediately complains of stomach ache and poops after eating anything. What to do?

A. stomach infection to be treated with Please give zinconia syrup to the baby 5ml 2 times a day along with enterogermina tubes to avoid dehydration in the baby advisable to give adequate ORS coconut water and buttermilk
