Basic reason associated with white patches are basically deficiency of calcium dryness fungal infection worms in the tummy and sometimes it is genuinely a skin related issue which is why I think it would be good for you to consult a skin specialist regarding that because without a proper assessment you cannot understand what’s the reason behind it
