Q.

My daughter Dhruvika who is 5yr old, 16kg weight and is very lean and thin and she doesn't eat vegitables , what food i can give her in a creative way so she can build on strength and muscle

A. baby is 5 years. Kids are often fussy eaters try to add new flavours colours and textures to the diet add more fruits and vegetables in the diet add dry fruits powder in the diet maintain hygiene in the area clean with Luke warm water maintain hydration and keep a track on urine output

A. hi well , weight is good enough so no need to worry yes to encourage your child ,add your creativity while serving food. for example instead of whole fruit ,you can cut the fruit in different shapes like star heart etc using shape cutter ,it will help to encourage your child to take interest in food.
