Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 6 yr old girl4 years agoA. it is due to colic . Infant colic as name suggest is common in babies up to 1 yr of age and more in top fed babies . So only mother milk should be given to baby followed by burping . Gastica drop can also be given 1 ml up to 3 times in a day
