please limit your child milk intake up to 500ml per day.
because too much milk intake can cause low appetite and low iron level.
keep offering different dishes with different taste and different texture.
but please don't force feed your child
offer small and frequent meal.
include natural probiotics like fresh curd buttermilk etc in your child diet ,it will help to maintain good bacteria in intestine.
keep your child well hydrated
maintain good hygiene.
you can give two or three leaves of mint with pinch of salt and few drops of lemon juice daily in morning.
