My daughter Catherine of age 5years and 7 months old has gone 3 tooth in this period.Is there any issue in that.Normally said after age 6 ,tooths will fallout.

there's no problem with your child as there can be fast shedding of milk teeth and early eruption of permanent teeth.
maintain good oral hygiene for your kid's oral cavity by following a habit of brushing twice daily

Nihita mittalMom of 4 children4 years agoA. no it is not necessary that six teeth will fall out it is fine even if the child is not having a fall of teeth that faster does not mean that there will be an issue just be patient and wait for sometime
