My daughter body and palm feels hot when touched but 98.3 temp when checked through thermometer. Later after sometime body feels normal when touched.

A. the baby is 2 years 7 months of age naturally body will be having warmer head palms and soles because of more blood supply in this areas and they will be sweating to regulate body temperature
