My daughter birth weight was 3.4kg and now she is 5 months old, what should be the ideal weight now?

A. Namaste Mom Monthly weight gain is expected in the range of 400 gm to 1 kg and by the age of 4 to 6 months they double their birth weight. You may now introduce the baby to liquid consistency foods

A. Child should be 2 1/2 kg more than the birth weight should be at least 6 kg by completing the time of five months rounded off to 2600 g so that we can attend the figure of 6 kg that way so that would be a healthy weight gain
