my daughter birth weight was 2.1 kg after 1 year her birth weight is 8 kg ,height 72.1 cm and head circumference is 42.1 . is this ok how we can increase her weight . she does not take formula nor packet milk Gibe some ideas how to start milk to her

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist2 years agoA. dear Mum, weight of 8 kg is a normal weight. if you are breastfeeding, then continue to breastfeed till 2 years. give milk products like curd, paneer, cheese.
you can add dry fruits powder to the milk to enhance the taste. you can give fruit smoothie.
