Q.

My daughter age is 3 yr 2 months.Threedays back she was suffering from worms,I gave the zentel syrup to her ,but today midnight again suffering from worms.Every 6 months she was suffered from worms,in that time I gave zentel syrup after she recover from worms .but in this time I gave that syrup,again worms will come,please tell me best syrup to worms

A. Deworming medicine needs to be given routinely to every child after one year of age and the dose is 200 mg of albendazole once at night time and then repeat the same dose afterhu 14 days once this cycle should be repeated every si ustedx months at least till 5 year of age but it is advisable to give this medicine only after taking guidance by your doctor
