A. You cannot change your medicine or I cannot suggest you antibiotic change I don’t know why your doctor giving it which antibiotic has been given to the child so you cannot change the medicine because you feed your child vomiting you should check with your doctor there’s an issue they can tell the medicine needs to be changed
