My daughter (5 years old, weight around 17kgs) is having fever around 102.5, I gave her Ibugesic syrup 2 hours back and did Kept Water bandages on her body 2-3 times but temperature is not coming down. Can we gave her Meftal-P Syrup to her?

A. Can be given after one to two hours of calpol and do one thing to reduce body temperature do sponging especially at forehead at navel and in feet and give more liquids
