my daughter 5 years old, every month 3 or 4 days stomach pain. what is the reason. please suggests any medicine and home remedies for stomach pain and she does not eat food also.

A. Namaste Mom Could be intestinal worms as such were in it is ideal to give them de worming syrup every 6 months also provide them with gut friendly foods such as curd butter milk seasonal fruits as well home made foods
