my daughter 3.6 yrs old is havg dry cough mostly at night only can u proscribe syrub for cough

See You should not be giving any medicine to the child just like that here and I would you say home remedy where in you can give ginger juice and honey mixture to your child as of now I don’t give water on top of that your child is going to be at an easy after this
