kindly give syrup allegra 2.5 ml twice daily and syrup asthalin 3 ml twice daily.
give nasal saline drops in the nasal dcavity every 3 hourly and give indirect steam inhalation. if the child doesn't improve in next two and a half days then kindly meet your doctord and give warm water to drink.

If it is continuously happening then maybe it is just an allergic reaction so it would be better for you to check with your doctor on that whatever the situation is a doctor would be able to give you proper clarity as per the situation
