My child suffering a dysentery problem for two days and crying..what to do doctor

A. Hello, your baby girl is 4 months old and she is having dysentery so give her frequent breast feeding and syrup oflomac M 2 ml twice a day for five days and ORS and colikaid 5 drops sos
