Q.

my child likes yakult a lot and has 3 to 4 bottles everyday or even more some times. is this ok. ?? is too much yakult harmful or not

A. no Maam you cannot give more than one bottle of yakult in a day. its mentioned on the packet if I am not wrong. it has a lot of sugar also. please avoid it giving everyday at this age also. not required at all. give regular yogurt as a probiotic. yakult is not for everyday.

Q. #Asktheexperts hi i have started giving yakult to my 2 year 3 month old boy since last 5-6 days, which helped a lot for his motion issue and constipation. also his diet is improved alot.
