my child krishna having fever few 10 days back ..at that time he has swelling bon his feet ..after 10 days also his legs have some swelling ..his hemoglobin is 8.5

The Haemoglobin level for the child is quite less you have to start giving iron supplement to the child along with that swelling in the feet in mostly be related to Sam kidney issue as well so you should get a check with your paediatrician or a Doctor Who specialises in this area because a proper assessment would be required for the child
