my child is too lean please suggest some food to increase her weight

A. dear parent, being is not an indicator that your child is unhealthy. if your child is active, playful and achieving all growth milestones then it indicates good health. For healthy weight gain and growth, give homemade balanced diet having variety of food groups. grains and millets - 3 to 4 servings pulses legumes/egg non veg: 1-2 servings seasonal vegetables including green leafy vegetables: 1.5 serving fruits - 1 serving milk and milk products 500ml sugar 4 tsp oil 5 tsp control intake of processed packaged foods
