my child is still not walking independly. sometimes early in the morning she is walking on her toes.

A. Hello, mostly babies start walking independently from the age of one and a half year and as you haven't mentioned your babies age,so it's not possible to suggest you what should be done as without knowing age it's not possible to suggest you should as every age group have different solutions.
