NikithaMom of 2 children2 years agoA. hello some kids are slow weight gainers and if the child is active then wieght is not a problem and make sure to give your child healthy and nutritious well balanced food in the diet and include fruits and vegetables and green leafy vegetables dry fruits and dairy products
