My child is having fever 100.8 taken from armpit. also producing sound from nose while sleeping. is it symptoms of covid/omicron. what should I do?

A. it can be or it can be simple viral.. can be confirmed after examination or certain laboratory test. give him pcm drops in proper dose for time being, increase breast feeding., consult with paediatrician in person
