my child is having continuous constipation, could this be due to ragi porridge??

DR SHIWAJIRAO PATILGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. If you are giving him ragi’s porridge then it’s very high in calcium and iron too and can cause a constipation so it’s very better not to give ragi so
